Although EA has been reluctant to include this frequently desired feature in their sports games, this year could be the year when everything changes. In May, EA conducted a crossplay feature test for FIFA 22 that allowed owners of current-generation consoles to compete against a different group of players.
Word that this year's FIFA instalment will support crossplay comes from Battlefield leaker Tom Henderson (via XFire). Men's and Women's World Cups will also be included, it was reported.
