Naturally, considering the Lions team and the No. top priority when it comes to waivers many are considering whether Detroit will add him when those waiver requests are processed.
Personally, I think it's unlikely this happening. Given how the Browns restructured his contract--eliminating both remaining years on his contract, and not adjusting his 2021 salary--it makes little sense for Detroit. It would require an immense amount of available cap space to put him on the roster this season, and they'd not get more than nine games of Beckham (if Beckham doesn't throw a fit about being in Detroit) before he becomes an independent player. There's a chance they'll be able to get a compensatory choice out of it, but that's only in buy old school runescape gold the event that they're not actively as free agents.
