We are an international construction company specialise in façade engineering and project management, with a track record of multiple high-profile projects. We are looking for an enthusiastic Administrator to join our team!
The Administrator will provide the first point of contact for clients in providing exceptional customer service and manage all administration tasks throughout the pre-construction and construction phases.
This position will be responsible for:
Reception - Answering incoming phone calls in a timely and professional manner. Managing mail, emails and courier deliveries. Being the point of contact for staff and external stakeholders.
Account administration - Assisting with quotes, processing purchase orders, accounts receivables and payables.
General office administration - Ordering and maintaining items including office stationery, uniforms, and staff amenities. Maintaining staff timesheets.
Project team support - Preparation of samples, providing administrative support to the construction project teams, record keeping in a detailed and accurate manner, preparing documents as required.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
Well-developed organisational and administration skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
High attention to detail
The ability to multi-task and prioritise work
MS Suite Skills
Knowledge of Chinese language is a plus
Must have valid working rights to work in Australia
